Whatto! Motorists..............
The Authorities in Jamaica had become increasingly concerned about the rising number of vehicle collisions which were occuring on their beautiful Island...............
After checking to make sure that the street lighting was effective and spending some time enforcing speed restrictions the figures still seemed to be high!..............
And the majority of drivers affected seem to be males in their mid 20's................
Police were tasked to operate cameras inside specially converted covert vehicles and monitor driver behaviour in an effort to get to the bottom of the problem..............
The resulting images suddenly made sense of their predicament!...............
