I've enjoyed many a potato...
and I've also enjoyed countless dumplings...
so I thought I'd combine the two and try...
a 'Potato Dumpling'!
Potato dumplings may seem like a strange concept to the uninitiated
but with this particular dish my advice is
"Don't gnock them until you try them."
