Lord Noel's Tips on Begging

I know you'll be reading this because whenever I go into the Central Library in Norwich you are all in there keeping warm and hogging all the computers, checking your Facebook accounts for updates.
But my advice is simply an observation based on what I have seen recently whilst shopping in the City centre.
Many of the 'Acts' which receive the most tips are those which demonstrate some degree of originality and effort has been expended, so why not increase your takings by being a lot more creative in your begging?
You could earn a FORTUNE!....
....Simply by posing as a giant panda after giving yourself two black eyes and rolling around on the ground eating bamboo shoots!
.....and you can easily double your takings by refusing to have sex with female pandas.
