Lord Noel Sees What's On The Cards

Whatto! Lord Noel here peeps...

 I'd sailed down to Monté Carlo.....

 ....for a spot of blackjack fun at the Casino.......
....and I had just been dealt 13.

 I was in the middle of having a conversation with the dealer about whether or not it would be appropriate for me to tip him.

I said, "When I get bad cards, it's not your fault. Accordingly, when I get good cards, you obviously had nothing to do with it.... so why should I tip you?"

The dealer said, "When you eat out, do you tip the waiter?"

"Yes." I replied

"Well then" the dealer continued, "He serves you food.... and I'm serving you cards! So I think you should tip
me."

"Whatto!" I replied "But the waiter always gives me what I ask for..

......so I'll take an eight!"

(He didn't get his tip...)
