There are so many different paths in life........

.....and they appear regularly before us.......

.....paths that take us from where we are now.......
....to somewhere that we think we want to go........
....but who knows?......

All we know is that life is offering us 'alternatives'..........

We can dwell on where we might have ended up if we'd taken a different path....
Fret over the opportunities we may have 'missed'........
....the 'chances' we let pass us by.....

And spend our whole life wrapped up in the imaginary 'losses' we might have had......
....when really...........isn't life measured by what we have gained from being alive?.....
.....each alternative has it's own outcomes........

....and if you lived for a million years........
....you could never explore ALL of them......
....it's all part of Life's rich journey of experiences........
....and whatever choices we've made.......

....some good......some not so good......

..........they all make up the sum of what your life will finally amount to.
So live life ...........

....and enjoy your brief time here on this beautiful planet.......
.......by giving all the senses you've been blessed with.....
.....as many thrills and spills as you can muster.

And be happy with the Alternatives that you've chosen........

.....because in the end.......

......that was your life.
